백현진이 또 일을 냈다. 아니, 정확히는 또 여러 개의 일을 동시에 냈다. 드라마에서 1980년대 형사 반장으로 시청자 눈물 쏙 빼더니, 단독 공연 준비하더니, 거기다 티셔츠까지 냈다. 이쯤 되면 “전방위 아티스트”가 아니라 그냥 사방팔방 아티스트다.

백현진 씨, 쉬는 시간이 있긴 한 건가요?

이번엔 디키즈(Dickies)와 손을 잡았다. 워크웨어 브랜드가 인디 씬 레전드를 만난 결과물은 <백현진의 드로잉이 직접 새겨진 한정판 티셔츠> 날것 그대로의 손그림이 디키즈 원단 위에 올라탔다. 정제? 그런 거 없다. 불편하고, 날카롭고, 근데 이상하게 계속 눈이 간다. 이게 백현진이다.

5월 13일 GQ Korea 화보로 공개된 이 컬렉션, 협업 티셔츠 외에도 모노 로고 링거 티셔츠, 트리 링거 로고 티셔츠, 워크 쇼츠, 아이젠하워 재킷까지 함께 구성됐다. 무신사 온라인 기획전은 5월 13일 오전 11시에 이미 열렸다. (이 기사 보고 달려가시는 분들, 재고 확인 먼저 하시길.)

그런데 여기서 끝이 아니다.요즘 백현진의 근황을 모르는 분들을 위해 잠깐 업데이트. ENA 월화드라마 〈허수아비〉에서 1980년대 강성경찰서 반장 김만춘역으로 출연 했던그는, 시청자들로부터 “반장님 완전 착한 사람”, “반장님 다시 돌아오시길” 같은 애정 어린 외침을 받았다.과거<모범택시>의 소름 돋는 악역부터 <무빙>의 강렬한 조연까지, 출연작마다 강렬한 인상을 남겨온 그가 이번엔 따뜻한 반장님으로 또 한 번 시청자 마음을 훔쳤다.

디키즈와 콜라보한 티셔츠는 공연장에서도 만날 수 있다. 5월 23일(토) 저녁 8시, 서울 채널1969에서 단독 공연 〈77쑈〉가 열린다.

디키즈가 함께하는 이 공연, 협업 한정판 티셔츠를 공연 현장에서도 살 수 있다. 단, 티켓 소지자가 먼저고, 공연 끝난 뒤 남은 수량에 한해 일반 판매가 진행된다.

공연 라인업도 심상치 않다. 보컬 백현진에 이태훈(기타), 진수영(키보드/신스), 김재호(베이스), 김다빈(드럼), 손성제(색소폰/클라리넷), 브라이언 신(트럼펫/수자폰)까지.

Baek Hyun-jin has done it again. Or more precisely — he’s done several things at once, again. He just had viewers in tears playing a 1980s detective chief in a drama, he’s got a solo show in the works, and now he’s dropped a T-shirt. At this point, calling him a “multidisciplinary artist” feels like an understatement. Try: an artist exploding in every direction simultaneously.

Mr. Baek — do you even have downtime?

This time he’s teamed up with Dickies. The result of a workwear brand meeting an indie scene legend: a limited-edition T-shirt featuring Baek Hyun-jin’s drawings, printed directly onto the fabric. Raw hand-drawn lines on Dickies cloth. No polish. No refinement. Uncomfortable, sharp, and somehow impossible to look away from. That’s Baek Hyun-jin.

The collab tee will also be available for purchase at the venue — ticketholders get first priority, with any remaining stock going to general sale after the show.
