배우 소지섭이 SBS 금토드라마 ‘김부장’으로 안방극장에 돌아왔다. 동명의 네이버 웹툰을 원작으로 한 이 작품은 전직 특수요원이 평범한 가장으로 살아가다 딸을 구하기 위해 다시 위험한 세계로 뛰어드는 이야기를 그린 액션드라마다. 웹툰 특유의 속도감 있는 전개와 강렬한 액션, 가족애를 중심으로 한 서사가 어우러지며 방영 초반부터 높은 관심을 받고 있다.

드라마에서 소지섭이 연기하는 김부장은 평범한 중소저축은행 과장으로 살아가지만, 그의 진짜 정체는 수많은 특수작전에 투입됐던 전직 공작원이다. 하나뿐인 딸이 갑자기 사라지면서 평온했던 일상은 무너지고, 그는 다시 과거의 능력을 꺼내 들며 위험한 추적을 시작한다. “세상에서 가장 평범한 아빠가 세상에서 가장 위험한 남자가 된다”는 설정은 작품의 긴장감을 이끄는 핵심이다.

Based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same name, the series follows a former special agent who has been living as an ordinary office worker and devoted father, only to re-enter a dangerous world to rescue his daughter. Combining fast-paced action with an emotional story of family, the drama has quickly drawn attention from viewers.

In the series, So Ji-sub plays Kim Bu-jang, a seemingly ordinary department manager at a savings bank. Beneath his quiet life, however, lies the identity of a highly skilled former covert operative. When his only daughter suddenly disappears, his peaceful routine collapses, forcing him to revive the abilities he once left behind and embark on a relentless search. The premise—an ordinary father becoming the most dangerous man to protect his family—forms the emotional and dramatic core of the story.
