비 소식과 함께 오늘 한 가지 더 기억해야 할 일정이 있습니다. 바로 제29차 2026 세계렘넌트대회 2차 등록 마감입니다.

세계복음화전도협회가 공개한 등록 안내문에 따르면, 2차 온라인 등록은 오늘(20일) 오후 6시까지 진행됩니다. 등록을 마친 참가자는 등록헌금을 21일 오후 10시까지 입금해야 최종 등록이 완료됩니다.

8월 4일부터 대구 엑스코에서 개최

제29차 세계렘넌트대회는 오는 8월 4일 오후 1시부터 7일까지 3박 4일간 대구 엑스코에서 열립니다.

올해 대회 주제는 창세기 41장 38절을 본문으로 한 ‘황제를 살린 영적황제’입니다. 국내외 렘넌트들이 한자리에 모여 말씀과 찬양을 통해 하나님 자녀의 정체성을 확인하고, 자신이 살아갈 현장과 시대를 향한 사명을 발견하는 자리입니다.

참가자는 출생연도에 따라 세 그룹으로 구분됩니다. A그룹은 2001년생부터 2013년생까지, B그룹은 2000년생 이상, C그룹은 2014년생 이하 동반자녀입니다.

2014년생부터 2022년생까지의 동반자녀는 부모나 보호자와 함께 신청해야 합니다. 2023년 이후 출생한 영유아는 등록헌금 없이 참가할 수 있지만, 좌석과 식사 등은 별도로 제공되지 않습니다.

하나님 자녀의 정체성을 다음 세대에 전한다는 것

세계렘넌트대회는 어린이와 청소년, 대학생과 청년 렘넌트가 중심이 되는 행사입니다. 그러나 대회가 던지는 메시지는 후대에게만 머물지 않습니다.

렘넌트가 말씀을 통해 하나님 자녀의 정체성을 확인하는 과정에서 부모와 어른들도 자신의 신앙을 돌아보게 됩니다. 오랜 신앙생활을 했더라도 실패와 상처, 질병과 경제적 어려움, 관계의 흔들림을 지나며 자신이 누구인지 잊을 때가 있기 때문입니다.

후대가 말씀 앞에서 자신의 정체성을 확인하는 모습은 부모와 어른들에게도 같은 질문을 던집니다.

나는 지금도 하나님 자녀의 정체성을 붙잡고 살아가고 있는가.
그리고 내 생을 통해 다음 세대에 무엇을 남기고 물려줄 것인가.

중년과 노년이 되면 삶의 질문도 달라집니다. 앞으로 무엇을 더 이루고 가질 것인가를 넘어, 지금까지 살아온 시간을 어떻게 해석하고 남은 생을 어디에 연결할 것인지 생각하게 됩니다.

다음 세대에 남길 수 있는 것은 재산이나 교육의 기회만이 아닙니다. 어려움 속에서도 복음을 놓지 않았던 삶, 사람을 쉽게 포기하지 않았던 태도, 보이지 않는 자리에서 이어 온 기도와 믿음도 다음 세대에 전달되는 영적 유산이 될 수 있습니다.

부모가 자녀에게 하나님 자녀의 정체성을 말로 가르치는 것도 중요하지만, 삶으로 보여 주는 것은 더욱 오래 남습니다. 현실이 흔들릴 때에도 하나님을 바라보았던 모습, 실패한 뒤 다시 일어섰던 믿음, 다른 사람의 아픔을 외면하지 않았던 태도가 후대에게는 하나의 메시지가 됩니다.

자녀가 없어도 남길 수 있는 영적 유산

자녀가 없는 성인도 이 질문에서 멀리 있지 않습니다. 영적 유산은 반드시 혈연을 통해서만 이어지는 것이 아니기 때문입니다.

한 사람을 위해 드린 기도와 격려, 낙심한 렘넌트를 판단하지 않고 기다려 준 시간, 삶으로 보여 준 믿음은 누군가의 다음 걸음을 붙드는 배경이 될 수 있습니다.

다음 세대를 세운다는 것은 반드시 앞에 서서 가르치는 것만을 의미하지 않습니다. 이름이 드러나지 않더라도 기도로 돕고, 관심을 기울이며, 후대가 하나님 자녀의 정체성을 놓치지 않도록 곁을 지키는 일도 한 시대를 잇는 중요한 역할입니다.

그런 의미에서 세계렘넌트대회는 후대가 무엇을 받을 것인가를 생각하는 자리인 동시에, 부모와 어른들이 자신이 받은 복음과 믿음을 다음 세대에 어떻게 전할 것인지 돌아보는 자리입니다.

렘넌트를 바라본다는 것은 단지 젊은 세대의 미래를 응원하는 일이 아닙니다. 한 세대가 자신의 생을 다음 세대와 연결하고, 하나님 자녀의 정체성과 복음의 유산을 건네는 일입니다.

등록은 오늘 오후 6시까지

제29차 세계렘넌트대회 2차 온라인 등록은 오늘(20일) 오후 6시 마감됩니다. 등록을 완료한 참가자는 21일 오후 10시까지 등록헌금을 입금해야 합니다.

온라인 등록 후 발급되는 개인 등록번호는 등록정보 확인과 입금 처리 등에 필요하므로 별도로 보관해야 합니다.

한 가지 유의할 점은 1차 등록 기간에 온라인 등록을 마쳤더라도 등록헌금을 완납하지 않은 경우, 2차 등록헌금 기준에 따라 1만 원이 추가된다는 것입니다. 따라서 온라인 등록뿐 아니라 등록헌금 입금도 기한 내에 완료해야 합니다.

또한 장애인 1·2·3급 및 중증 장애인과 동반 보호자 1인은 등록헌금의 50%를 할인받을 수 있습니다. 다만 복지카드 또는 장애인등록증 사본을 반드시 첨부해야 합니다.

등록헌금과 숙소·식사·차량 이용 여부 등 세부 사항은 참가 유형에 따라 다르므로 공식 등록 안내문을 확인할 필요가 있습니다.

Registration for the 29th World Remnant Conference Closes Today, July 20

Today is Monday, the first day of a new week, with refreshing rain falling outside. Have you remembered to take your umbrella with you?

Along with today’s rain, there is one more important date to remember: the deadline for the second-round registration for the 29th World Remnant Conference 2026.

According to the registration guide released by the World Evangelization Evangelism Alliance, second-round online registration will remain open until 6:00 p.m. today, July 20. Those who complete their registration must pay the registration offering by 10:00 p.m. on July 21 for their registration to be finalized.

Conference to Be Held at EXCO in Daegu Beginning August 4

The 29th World Remnant Conference will take place for four days and three nights at EXCO in Daegu, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on August 4 and continuing through August 7.

This year’s theme is “The Spiritual Emperor Who Saved the Emperor,” based on Genesis 41:38. Remnants from Korea and overseas will gather to confirm their identity as children of God through the Word and praise, and to discover their mission for the fields and the age in which they live.

Participants are divided into three groups according to their year of birth. Group A includes those born between 2001 and 2013, Group B includes those born in 2000 or earlier, and Group C includes accompanying children born in 2014 or later.

Accompanying children born between 2014 and 2022 must register together with a parent or guardian. Infants born in 2023 or later may attend without paying a registration offering, but separate seating and meals will not be provided.

Passing the Identity of God’s Children to the Next Generation

The World Remnant Conference primarily centers on children, teenagers, university students, and young adult remnants. However, the message of the conference is not limited to the younger generation.

As remnants confirm their identity as children of God through the Word, parents and older adults are also invited to reflect on their own faith. Even after many years of faith, people may forget who they are while passing through failure, pain, illness, financial hardship, and strained relationships.

Watching the next generation confirm their identity before the Word raises the same questions for parents and older adults:

Am I still living while holding on to my identity as a child of God?
And what will I leave behind and pass on to the next generation through my life?

As people enter middle and later life, the questions they ask begin to change. Rather than focusing only on what more they can achieve or possess, they begin to consider how to interpret the life they have lived and where to direct the years that remain.

What can be passed on to the next generation is not limited to wealth or educational opportunities. A life that held on to the gospel through hardship, an attitude that did not easily give up on others, and prayers and faith sustained quietly over time can also become a spiritual legacy.

It is important for parents to teach their children about their identity as children of God, but what is demonstrated through life often remains much longer. Looking to God when circumstances were shaken, rising again after failure, and refusing to ignore the pain of others can all become a message to the next generation.

A Spiritual Legacy Can Be Left Even Without Children

Adults without children are not excluded from this question. A spiritual legacy is not passed on only through blood relationships.

Prayer and encouragement offered for one person, time spent patiently waiting for a discouraged remnant without judging them, and faith demonstrated through daily life can become the foundation that supports someone’s next step.

Raising the next generation does not necessarily mean standing in front of others and teaching. Even without public recognition, praying, showing care, and remaining beside the next generation so that they do not lose their identity as children of God are important ways of connecting one generation to the next.

In this sense, the World Remnant Conference is not only a place to consider what the next generation will receive. It is also a place where parents and older adults can reflect on how they will pass on the gospel and faith they themselves have received.

Looking toward the remnants is not simply about supporting the future of young people. It is the work of one generation connecting its life to the next and handing down the identity of God’s children and the legacy of the gospel.

Registration Closes at 6:00 p.m. Today

Second-round online registration for the 29th World Remnant Conference closes at 6:00 p.m. today, July 20. Those who complete online registration must pay the registration offering by 10:00 p.m. on July 21.

The individual registration number issued after online registration should be stored separately, as it is required to confirm registration information and process payment.

One important point is that even if online registration was completed during the first-round registration period, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged under the second-round registration offering standard if the full registration offering was not paid. Therefore, both online registration and payment must be completed by the respective deadlines.

Participants with disabilities classified as Grades 1, 2, or 3, as well as those with severe disabilities and one accompanying guardian, are eligible for a 50 percent discount on the registration offering. A copy of a welfare card or disability registration certificate must be submitted for verification.

Registration offerings and details concerning accommodation, meals, and transportation vary according to participant type. Applicants should therefore review the official registration guide carefully.
