국회사무처는 5월 27일 국회의사당 중앙홀에서 ‘제78주년 국회개원기념식’을 개최한다. 행사에는 국회의장단과 정당 대표, 원내대표, 국회 소속기관장 등이 참석할 예정이다.
또한 5월 26일부터 28일까지는 지방의회 실무직원 70명을 대상으로 ‘지방의회 실무직원과정(2차)’이 진행된다. 교육에서는 조례안 입안, AI 홍보전략, 예산안·결산 검토 등 실무 중심 프로그램이 운영된다.
국회도서관은 북극 정책과 글로벌 정책 이슈를 다룬 각종 보고서와 간행물을 잇따라 발간한다. 특히 『Data+』에서는 K-브랜드의 글로벌 확산과 정부 지원 정책을 소개할 예정이다.
국회예산정책처는 지방공기업 재무 현황 분석과 상병수당 제도 도입 방향, 2025년 가결 법률의 재정소요 점검 보고서 등을 발표한다. 보고서에는 지방공기업 부채 증가와 재정 건전성 문제, 상병수당 제도의 정책 과제, 향후 5년간 국가 재정 영향 분석 등이 담길 예정이다.
국회기록원은 5월 27일부터 제헌회관 상시 운영을 시작한다. 운영 시간은 화요일부터 금요일 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지이며, 토요일은 오후 1시까지 운영된다.
National Assembly Announces Key Weekly Schedule for May 25–29
South Korea’s National Assembly has released its weekly schedule for May 25 to 29, featuring major events including a plenary meeting of the Public Administration and Security Committee, the 78th National Assembly Opening Anniversary Ceremony, local council training programs, and the publication of several policy reports.
The Public Administration and Security Committee is scheduled to hold a plenary session at 10 a.m. on May 26 to conduct inquiries on current issues.
On May 27, the National Assembly Secretariat will host the 78th National Assembly Opening Anniversary Ceremony at the Central Hall of the National Assembly building. Attendees are expected to include the Speaker’s Office, leaders of political parties, floor leaders, and heads of affiliated institutions.
From May 26 to 28, a practical training course for 70 local council staff members will also take place. The program will cover ordinance drafting, AI public relations strategies, and budget and settlement reviews.
The National Assembly Library plans to publish multiple reports and reviews on Arctic policy and global policy issues. In particular, the publication “Data+” will focus on the global expansion of K-brands and related government support policies.
Meanwhile, the National Assembly Budget Office will release reports analyzing the financial status of local public enterprises, policy directions for introducing sick leave benefits, and the fiscal impact of laws passed in 2025. The reports are expected to address rising debt among local public enterprises, fiscal sustainability, and projected national financial impacts over the next five years.
The National Assembly Archives will also begin regular operations of the Constitutional Assembly Hall starting May 27. The facility will operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and until 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
